Position Overview

We are a State Farm Insurance Agency who prides itself on conducting needs based conversations with our customers so that we can customize insurance and financial services to meet their individual needs. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community by promoting State Farm products to include Auto, Home, Life and Financial Services.

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets and goals established by Agent
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs
  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risk of everyday life
Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
